i started seeing a therapist at my university counseling center and am getting 10 free appointments as part of the university health care plan. from what i understood, it is completely confidential. but somebody on here said something about it becoming hard for me to buy insurance and being unable to buy life insurance because of this. is any of that true? if so, explain.
